Bree Jameson

Bree Jameson is a consultant and speaker specializing in scalable growth and operational excellence. Her professional approach is informed by a diverse of successful entrepreneurial endeavors, including her roles as COO of Furry Land Mobile Pet Grooming of San Antonio and owner of The Urbanite Real Estate. This hands-on experience has provided her with a unique perspective on launching and scaling profitable ventures across a wide array of industries.

As a leader, Bree is passionate about creating positive change. She is recognized for her work in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and uses her experience to help businesses build more impactful and inclusive organizations. Her dedication extends to her personal pursuits, where she is known for her pioneering role as the first Black woman to bolt and climb a first ascent, an accomplishment featured in the "JEDI Training Film."

Bree is actively involved in her community and serves in various leadership capacities, advocating for positive change. Her influential positions include serving as the Director of Engagement for Women of Winter, the Director of Community Impact for the Texas Lady Crushers, a board member of the Texas Cave Management Association, a member of the Environmental Advisory Committee for the San Antonio River Authority, chairing the National Speleological Society’s Diversity Committee, and founding Minorities in Outdoor Recreation & Education.
